You’ve all seen my china cabinet. Well in all this spring cleaning, I really needed to do something about how messy it was. I just kept putting anything and everything in it and it really had become unreal.
So I took everything out and couldn’t even believe that I had so much stuff in there.
No wonder I couldn’t find anything. I had it all stuffed in so there so full you couldn’t see anything.
Ok, this is much better. A clean start. The glass shelves, doors and the mirrors on the back all got a good cleaning. Nice and sparkly.
Then came the challenge of putting things back. I decided that only silver and crystal was going back in. I will find a home for everything else somewhere different.
The first two shelves. I can actually see what I have and get it out if I want to use it.
The next two shelves. (Did you notice that I managed to stand right in the center so the silver trays would block me in the pics. ) I had to really think thin. lol
The bottom shelf.
I am currently using the coffee and tea service on the DR table and I also have a wine tray set up on the buffet, but I think I have cleared enough that I can still get it all in when I change things up.
Love having it all cleaned out and thinned out. Looks so much better.
