Seems like I have been playing a lot of musical sofas lately. Just a little history and a short story. I had a plaid sofa in the family room, then I bought the one I now have in the living room, so the plaid one went to my son and the one previously in the living room went to the family room. (Did you follow that?) Now my daughter bought a new sofa, so the one she had in her living room she gave to me.
For now it sits here in my living room. Sort of crowded, but it’s a neat sofa, so I really wanted it. See that fabulous wooden bucket, that was my Easter basket from her. Can’t wait to play with it.
This is the one I have in the familyroom now – (previously from the living room – – keep up, this is complicated)
A great sofa, but really big and this room is really small, so this one is going to my son who has a new house. It will be fabulous in his living room. (The plaid one has been donated to Goodwill)
This is the one that will go into my familyroom. It is a foot shorter than the one I have in there now and will look amazing. More room and a much more open and airy look. The tables won’t have to be so close together to make it all fit.
Great style, nice and simple. I love the soft cream color also. Hopefully we can get the old one to my son this coming weekend and then I can rearrange everything.
Do you play musical furniture at your house with family members. Never know what is going to be moving around between all of us.
