119th Table Top Tuesday

Wow 119, we are really moving right along.  So much fun and so much creativity out there.  Can’t wait to see more.

I love the look of sunflowers, but I don’t have any real ones, just the faux variety.  At any rate, I love even my faux.  With summer here, it was time to get out my dad’s tool box and enjoy my sunflowers again.  They just make me smile.  A tablecloth for some added color too.

These are really nice ones with such lovely silk petals and the center looks so real.

The wall stayed mostly the same, just a few additions to the shelf.

I added some different fruit and a few springs of ivy, other than that, still the same.

Another wonderful thing that I am enjoying is this shrub outside the window.  It is the one I see every day when I sit down at the computer.  Such a glorious lime green color and the sun makes it look like it sparkles.
Impossible to get a good picture of, but I love it.  It is a Golden Dew Drop, but DH says I have to tell you it is called Duranta. (Before this, nothing would grow and all I saw was the block wall.)  This gorgeous plant loves the part shade part sun.  I kept the desk top simple, just a topiary and the bunny pic.

Looking out my window, this really is so pretty.  Love the bright lime green color.

The next thing that came out were all the fans.  We have ceiling fans, but I also bring out oscillating fans when it gets really hot.  We hit 112, that is soooooooo hot and a little moving air helps keep the a/c set at about 77 and still feel comfortable.   This fan blows on my corner by the computer and definitely keeps me cool.

So, what are you bringing out for summer and are you staying cool?

Now I can’t wait to see what you have to share this week.

JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER AGAIN, PLEASE TURN OFF WORD VERIFICATION.    Now that there are two words and they are almost impossible to figure out, it really keeps most from commenting.  It isn’t necessary and some don’t even realize they have it turned on, so please check and turn it off so we can all comment on your fabulous projects.
