95 Calories and 6 Carbs

I am trying so hard to loose a little bit of weight and still find nutritious things to eat that I really like.  I’ve discovered a fantastic wrap and salad mixture that is so good.

Doesn’t this look good.  It really is and so filling, add some grapes or melon and you have a huge lunch.

 Chicken salad and a ton of it.

 I put a big pile of it on the bread and then wrap up really tight.

 This is one of my secret weapons.  Joseph’s Lavash Bread.  These things are so good and they are huge.  They measure 11″ x 15″.  Super big.

 Don’t you love that calorie count.

 And the carbs are wonderful too.

Assorted lettuces – 0 carbs       0 calories
Celery                 – 0 carbs       0 calories
Tomato               -0 carbs        0 calories
Green Onions     – 0 carbs       0 calories
1/2 can Chicken Breasts Chunks
                         – 0 carbs       30 calories
Lavash Bread     – 4 carbs        50 calories
Miracle Whip 1 tablespoon
                          – 2 carbs         15 calories ( corrected 25 calories)

Total                   6 carbs          95 calories( corrected 105 calories)

If you want a super lunch that tastes fabulous and is soooooooooo healthy, then give it a try.  You can do the same thing with tuna and it is the same carbs and calories.  Hope you enjoy
