Adding A Touch of Fall

I have decided that for now I am going to keep the Aqua in the Living/Dining room, so adding a touch of fall called for pulling out a few of my burnt orange accessories.  I used a rusty/burnt orange fabric for pillows and a table runner when we first moved into the house 6 yrs ago, so this is an easy addition.

I want the look to be subtle, so I think one pillow and the table runner is enough.

This floral arrangement is one I made last fall, so it is being recycled too.  The colors are perfect.

The fabric on the pillow is formal enough that it works well with the aqua pillows.

I scrunched the runner on the coffee table and swapped out the aqua candles for some white ones.  The aqua just looked way tooooooooo predictable.

A cute little aqua pumpkin that I found at GW last year.  Perfect.

The dining area needed some of the burnt orange/rust color, so the perfect place for the cornucopia that I just found at GW.

I placed it on a gold charger, added a berry garland and some berry picks, feathers and a tiny aqua hydrangea.  Just had to add a touch of that color.

Totally free easy change to bring in a little fall.  Love it when that happens.

So, are you thinking fall?
