I love and use cutting boards every meal and most of the time I have two or three going in different areas of the kitchen. I like to be able to grab one easily, so I usually have a few on display.
I found a new one the other day that replaces one I broke years ago. Marble is fabulous for so many different things. This one I have right by the stove, easy to grab and chop as I’m cooking or a place to set something hot out of the oven. This one isn’t nearly as large as my last one, but it will do.
Standing up in the back is my pig chopping board, I use this little guy all the time. Definitely one of my favorites.
The smaller heart handled one was a gift from a precious friend when I visited her in Fredericksburg, Tx. years ago.
I adore this one and yes, I have cut on it too. This came from an antique shop in Fredericksburg.
I love having things handy, but it’s also nice to decorate with them. Sometimes our everyday items really are pretty.
I have a few others that I showed in this post. Be sure to check it out.
So, do you keep all your everyday things out and handy so you can just grab them when you need them, or do you have them neatly tucked away in the cabinets?
