Loving The Green

I think we are all a little Irish on St. Patty’s day, at least we like to pretend we are.  Of course I’m cooking Corned Beef and Cabbage, so a green tablescape was called for too.  Definitely going for it.

I looked through the cupboards and didn’t have anything with shamrocks, however I did have a few green dishes that I could add to the centerpiece and runner that I already had going.

I pulled out my wood & rattan charger, stacked a few dishes, got out my favorite Horchow flatware, then  added an amber glass and check napkin to tie in the color scheme.

My green bordeau plates all have a different animal.  I think all of these animals are in Ireland too, so that works for me.  A Cow.

 A Spunky Pig.

 Love this Rooster & Hen.

And of course Bunnies are fabulous too.

Totally works with the bunny centerpiece I already had on the table.

So, that’s my GREEN IRISH table.

How about you, did you go for the Green too?

I’d love for you to sign up for my French Grain Sack giveaway.
