Sometimes we do a DIY project and it is fabulous (for a while) and then sometimes it is fabulous forever. Here are a few that I still love.
Furnishing A Living Room For $96.98
This is the room I pulled together from Goodwill, Garage Sales, Dollar Tree and Roadside for my son when he moved into his new house.
Details and cost breakdown.
There have been a couple of additions to this room, (a blue wingback chair-$18.95- and an end table -$12.95- to replace the skirted table all from goodwill) but basically the same and so perfect for under $100.
Beadboard Added To Bookcases
See what a fabulous difference a sheet of beadboard made. Looks like a totally different unit. You can see the entire post on how we did it here.
Before – the backs of these were really cheap pressed board and so dark and dreary. Not very pretty.
Bedroom Makeover for $352.94
It’s hard for me to remember where this room started, it looks so much better now. Check it out
Oh my word, how bad was this. I really had forgotten. This is a hodgepodge of things that would fit when we downsized.
Of course my Mini Kitchen Remodel is still a favorite. Total cost $573.56.
I still love the Hall Bathroom Makeover too.
Huge change for $113.59
There are several other DIY’s that I still love – how about you – got any favorites?
