Pretty Preppy Party

(Surprise, I get to be a Guest Hostess, how fun is this.)

Welcome to the Pretty Preppy Party, where we gather each month to be inspired by each other’s amazing preppy projects!  As a fun surprise this month, Marty from A Stroll Thru Life is joining us as a guest hostess!

Marty recently did a fabulous makeover on her bathroom vanity and it turned out beautifully!  Be sure to click here to see how she did it and then take a look around her blog for more inspiration!

At 11 Magnolia Lane, Amy turned the closet just inside her garage door into a mudroom/dropzone for the kids–complete with hooks, basket storage, and a bench. Just to make it fun, she added horizontal stripes and some monograms from our Etsy shop (because what could be preppier than monograms?!). Read more about how she did it {here}.

Brett from Being Bianca shared a quick glimpse of the decor in her Parlor (living room) space. She’s got some tricks up her sleeve to evolve the space later this week, so check it out before it’s gone!

Heather at Southern State of Mind took a nice blogging break while at the beach for a month with her family. While she is holding on to summer as long as possible, she did share a fun fashion post where she showed us 15 Favorite Basics Under $100 for fall. Of course there is lots of navy and gingham- because a preppy girl can never have too much of either!

And Julie shared a fun and easy back-to-school project: easy DIY pencil pouches that the kids can design and sew themselves!  Click here for the how-to.

Now it’s your turn!  Feel free to link up any preppy projects from this month! You only need to link up via one blog and your post will show up on all six blogs. We can’t wait to see what you have been up to. Please be sure to include a backlink to the party in your post somewhere as we can’t feature your project without one. Not a blogger? No problem! Just post a photo on Instagram, be sure to tag at least one of the hosts and use the hashtag ‪#‎prettypreppyparty‬ so we can see your preppy goodness!

Guidelines:

– Link to your specific post, not your home page.

– Your project must be pretty and preppy. If it doesn’t fit this category, it will be removed. We want this to be a cute and fun prep-destination!

– Please link back to one of the hosts in your post. Only those with a link will be considered for a feature!  Use the button below, or a text link.

– Be inspired! Visit and comment on other links in the party.

Each hostess will pin our features to our Pretty Preppy Party Pinterest board each month, so make sure you’re following along to see the best projects and inspiration!
