We had the most fabulous Easter, company was here from California for the weekend and that is always fun. They left on Sunday afternoon then my daughter and son-in-law stopped by for a while. I hope you guys had a wonderful Easter too.
Monday morning meant time to clean house, do the laundry and play with my decor a little. Now that Easter is over, it is time to put the Bunnies and Eggs away for another year. You can see my Farmhouse Style Easter Table here. I am not one for totally reinventing the wheel, and I really am loving the yellow that is going on in the house now, so I just changed a few things.
I swapped out my gold chargers for some new chocolate ones I found at Hobby Lobby, and used my everyday Pfaltzgraff dishes.
My Bunny tureen and eggs were swapped out for this fun little French Pig.
Isn’t he perfect with his dirty nose and feet. He’s been in the closet for a while, so time to come out and play.
I love the sunflowers, they just look so happy. I found some fabric the same color and made the napkins. They are so easy to make, just a simple hem stitch and done.
The kitchen island got a really easy and simple change too. The marble egg and rooster gave way to a little French Chef.
All it takes are a couple of simple changes and you have something that is good for any day. How about you, do you start from scratch, or just re-do?
