4th of July Party Ideas & Tips

Getting ready for a get-together for the 4th can be daunting, but relax and enjoy, there are some really simple things you can do to make entertaining easy.  Remember it doesn’t have to be fancy, just easy and fun.

1.  Pull together a simple beverage station on the island and let everyone help themselves.  Add a bucket of sodas to the patio so children can grab what they want too.

2.  Add a few flowers to your patio to make it feel more inviting.

3.  Turn on the water fall and get the pool ready.  The kids will love splashing in the cool water.

4. If  the weather is too warm to be outside, then this Do Ahead Dinner for 12 Under $18.00 could be perfect.  Ham, Baked Beans, Macaroni Salad & Melons, what could be more American.

5.  Fake a clean house – 5 minute cleanups.  Straighten up, dust the main surfaces and wipe down the bathroom.

Now relax, enjoy your company and be part of the party.  Enjoy this wonderful country’s birthday and thank God we live in America.

Be sure to get all your projects lined up for Inspire Me Tuesday.  Party goes live Monday afternoon at 3 PM CMT.  Can’t wait to see you there.
