You know how it is when you move, you have a million things you want for the new house. I have been looking at all the pics of the “Builder Basic” and dreaming of how I want to decorate it. Of course I need a few new things for my visions to take shape. I need all new lighting everywhere, plus a complete kitchen remodel, new appliances and new floors in the family room, kitchen and laundry. Those things cost a little more than what I think Santa will bring me, so I have a list of “affordable wants” that might fit in his gift bag.
Love this fabulous bench at Wayfair and can you believe it is on sale. This would be the perfect addition to my farmhouse table in the breakfast area of my new house. At the sales price of $112.99 I definitely think Santa needs to put this under the tree.
I need a headboard for the Guest Bedroom. I want to make it a little more grown up looking, so this could be either feminine or masculine. From Wayfair and only $191.99

I have two of these fabulous stools, but I am going to need two more for the new peninsula. These are really well made and comfortable. Overstock – 2 for $189.99. Perfect.
Love these gorgeous lined and weighted dupioni silk drapes. These would be perfect for the living room and dining room windows. I think they are a fabulous buy at $135.00 pair.
Now if I was really, really good, Santa could bring me any one of these. I think I need something dramatic for a two story dining room and these are all pretty dramatic and huge. Each one is about 36″ tall and 30 – 32″ wide. That’s pretty big.
