I always feel like Memorial Day definitely kicks off Summer in a big way. Time for entertaining around the pool and enjoying getting together with friends. Coastal Blue and White seems like the perfect color scheme.
I like to start with a glass of wine and a few snacks indoors. This gives the adults time to visit and the children time to change into their bathing suits and be ready for the pool.
We will be having a big BBQ later with chicken, ribs and an assortment of wonderful salads, so for now some grapes, cheese and crackers are perfect with a good glass of wine.
Seagrass placemats and blue and white stripe napkins help to create a casual coastal vibe.
A simple white bouquet in my blue and white cache pot and white candlestick for the centerpiece keep it low key.
Good Food, Good Friends & Good Fun.
