Breakfast Room Christmas

Not all of my Christmas is up, but I did start in the breakfast room.  I love creating fun tablescapes, so doing one for Christmas is always the most fun of all.  Since our breakfast room, kitchen and family room are all one open space, I’ve kept the same theme and colors.  My theme for these areas is focused on the wonders of a children’s Christmas.  Our breakfast room Christmas follows that same idea.

Santa and his Reindeer are pulling a sleigh full of children’s toys.  The table is set with gold chargers, red holiday napkins, and my favorite thrift store Christmas plates.  I found these Christmas Tree dinner and salad plates at my favorite Goodwill years ago.  They always add the finishing touch to my Christmas Table.

Santa is bundled up in his plaid coat to stay extra warm.  He’s filled his sleigh with lots of toys for all the good little girls and boys.

Rudolph is eager to fly away, but Dancer and Prancer are taking a little rest.  It’s going to be a long trip.

This is a fun table sure to delight my little 2 1/2-year-old grandson.  He’s definitely enjoying Christmas this year.

Now to get busy and trim the Children’s Christmas Tree in the family room and start some baking.  I’ve got tons to do, how about you?
