I am so happy to be joining this wonderful group of ladies for the November Pinterest Challenge hosted by Cindy @ CountryRoad407.
Our inspiration this month is a Christmas Basket. Our example came from Jennifer @ The Grace House Interiors. She used a wonderful crate to create a pretty Christmas Tree display. I love her wooden trees too, such a pretty vignette.
If you are coming over from Amber @ Follow The Yellow Brick Home, welcome. I am sure you loved Ambers gorgeous crate vignette as much as I do.
I am using a different kind of basket. My Santa Sleigh is going to be my basket for this challenge. It is a piece I love to use on the breakfast table. Adds just the right amount of Christmas and the grands love it. It is filled with all kinds of toys for all the children. These are ornaments that I’ve had since my children were small, so they are fun to use in the sleigh. Brings back tons of memories.
A small tree and a few Santa Reindeer complete the centerpiece.
I also really like to use my Christmas dishes in the breakfast area. Helps the kids to rush to the table and food always tastes better served on a Christmas Tree plate.
A whimsical table that brings back tons of memories.

What a fabulous and striking Christmas table centerpiece, and awesome and clever use of featuring a “basket” for that link party.
Well done, Marty. Sounds like a fun party to be invited as a participant!
Marty, your sleigh full of ornaments and fun for the grands is the perfect idea instead of using a crate. I’m not sentimental at all. At least I didn’t used to be. Now I’m starting to regret not keeping some things. Guess it’s never to late to start saving, right? Love your elegant yet whimsical table turned out. So glad you joined us. Big hugs.
Love your pretty Santa sleigh with all the sweet ornaments Marty! Making special memories is what this time of time of year is all about. Enjoy your time with the grands!
