I love all the holidays, but Thanksgiving and Christmas are my favorites. That’s when we get all the family together for a great meal with tons of laughter and fun. I love setting a pretty table for my guests. Here are some Easy Thanksgiving Entertaining Ideas.
Sometimes that can seem a little daunting, so I thought I would share how to pull a table together with things you already have. To me, that is the best kind of table because I can make it kind of fancy or really casual, whatever mood I am in. This table is a little on the more formal or fancy side. Nothing over the top, but extra pretty for the Holiday.
Looking through my stash I found all the things I needed to create several different tables. I wanted this one to be pretty but simple.
I started with a simple runner and then added an assortment of pumpkins. I used a mix of gray and white with one black one for added interest. My dining area is part of the living room so I wanted to keep the same color scheme of gray and white that I had in the living area. I sprinkled a few faux floral picks under the pumpkins for some added interest.
I used my gold chargers and gold flatware for each place setting. I added a simple white plate and a two-toned gray napkin. The gold etched wine stems add a bit of glam to the setting. Of course, there will be wine, so I added a pretty bottle of rose.
These pretty crystal candlesticks came from Goodwill years ago. Goodwill is a great place to look for table accessories and always at a fabulous price. If you collect a few basics you can always set a pretty table for any occasion.
Use what you have and think outside the box to create the perfect table every time.

I love the grey, black and white color scheme here, Marty! Gah…your home has such beautiful natural light.
Very pretty Marty.
Very pretty! Do you mind sharing info on the chandelier?
It came from a company called Build.com. I am sorry it is now discontinued. It was a great find and I really do like it. Marty
You’ve inspired me, Marty. I am so grateful that we’ll have a full table for Thanksgiving this year, Lord willing. I want to make things lovely without making things complicated, and I feel like that’s just what you’re demonstrating here.
Thanks so much for joining the Grace at Home party at Imparting Grace. I’m featuring you this week!
