We don’t really have an actual formal entry, but I love being able to create one right inside the door. A pretty console, art, and a plant create the perfect Easy Christmas Entry Decor for this two-story wall.
This console table has been all over the house, it was first in the family room to hold a TV, but it really looks best in the entry. Perfect size and the style fits the room perfectly. Adding the cane back leather chair provides a place to sit down or dump all your packages and purse.
I love this painting. I needed something tall and this piece is perfect. (You can check out my Easy DIY Art Project here.) The colors of gray, beige, cream and gold go so well with the gray console. For Christmas, a collection of my favorite tabletop Christmas trees usually end up on the console. A Blessed sign and a resting reindeer finish off the top. ( You can also check out my post about customizing lamp shades and chandeliers here.)
Here’s a similar vignette from a previous year. It’s so easy to just switch out a few things to create a whole new look. My favorite puppy stands proudly next to the console to greet everyone. I think he’s the perfect finishing touch.
Simple and Easy Christmas Entry Decor.

I have been a follower of your blog for many, many years and have related to you in so many ways. However I am no longer getting your emails this makes me sad, I feel like I have lost a friend. Please update my account and make my day! 🙂

I haven’t gotten them, either. They stopped several months ago and even though I have re-subscribed several times, with two different email addresses, I just don’t get them. I’ve missed them!
Same for me….no blog posts coming directly to my email…..I thought it was just me. Hope Marty or someone will respond.
I just added your email. Not sure why you aren’t receiving my posts. Hopefully you will now. Thanks, Marty
