Welcome to the 2023 Spring Home Tour. I am so thrilled to be starting the day off by sharing my Spring Decor in the Family Room. This is the room we live in, so it’s the room I love to make feel fresh and inviting for each season. 2023 Spring Home Tour – My Home.
The back of our house is one long room that shares the family room area with the kitchen and breakfast area. Right out the sliding door and you are on the patio and steps away from the pool and yard. Naturally, this is the area we all seem to hang out in most of the time.
This isn’t a large room so keeping the decor simple and uncluttered seems to help the room feel larger.
The sofa is super comfortable, but my favorite place to sit is in one of these soft gray leather recliners. I love their simple straight lines with a bit of wood detail.
This side of the room is our entertainment area. The console holds the grands toys on one side and a collection of throws on the other side. I love that I have another surface to decorate too.
My horse painting takes center stage in the room. Keeping the walls simple with just a painting and sconces makes the room feel larger too. Less distraction for the eyes.
The sofa is my favorite place to swap out pillows. I love changing out the color schemes in here often.
The coffee table got a refresh too with a simple bouquet and candle.
This house has amazing large windows and gets tons of sunlight. Perfect for growing plants.
Now I’m ready for the weather outside to look like spring too.
Thanks for stopping by, I always love having you visit.
Next up on today’s tour, we have 5 more amazing ladies sharing their homes. Be sure to check them all out.
