Mother’s Day Brunch Ideas. I have such wonderful memories of my mother. She was so full of life and so fun. She went home to be with the Lord many years ago, but she left such a legacy that even her grandchildren talk about her all the time. That’s quite the legacy.
She would be all about a big family dinner and everyone laughing and talking all at the same time. Plenty of good food (she was a great cook) and always something fabulous for dessert.
I honor and remember her every day, so for this Mother’s Day, I want to celebrate my Daughter and my Daughter-in-loves. On a side note – my daughter is the only girl in our family, we only have boys, so I have to rely on all the boys marrying wonderful ladies so I can have more daughters.
I’ve set the table for a fun Brunch instead of a Traditional Tea to celebrate these beautiful ladies.
I added a few yellow tulips to my pretty white bouquet. That’s a great way to refresh an arrangement. There’s also a special “I Love You Gift” at each placesetting.
I continued the yellow influence by adding a yellow napkin to the paisley one I already had on the table.
By keeping all the accessories white, the table looks fresh and bright.
A pretty table to celebrate the Mother’s in my life.
Use what you have and create a casual, formal, or just plain fun table to celebrate the mothers in your life and they will all be happy. Here are a couple of ideas for tables I’ve done in the past for family gatherings that could easily work as Mother’s Day Brunch Ideas.
Straw, Wicker & Rattan. Maybe you want to go a little more casual.
A Casual Setting In The Breakfast Area might be perfect.
Remember to have fun and enjoy your special Mothers. A simple menu of Bacon Quiche, Fruit Salad, and Mimosas would be easy and could be prepared ahead of time. Just put the quiche in the oven at the last minute and enjoy a Mimosa while it bakes.
How beautiful and very special you have made this!! I will do something nice for Mother’s Day — I am so very fortunate to still have Mum with me — she is 96 and still going strong!!!

So many great ideas, my friend. I can’t believe that Mother’s Day is right around the corner. HUgs to you.
Times are changing, for me anyway. I am just not up to putting on a grand meal, and with all our dietary restrictions due to serious health concerns, especially mine, the big meal cost of time and cash just don’t work. One son brought me a treat I can safely eat, and just shared his news and time already. The other and his wife are taking me spring garden shopping on actual Mother’s Day. My kids all know that due to heart and blood pressure issues, I just can’t eat the traditional meals, and honestly, neither should they. I’d like more ideas along that line- less salt, fat, more vegetarian options.
Wonderful ideas and inspiration, Marty!!! Thank you!
Wonderful – and I love the idea of a little I Love You gift at each place !
