How To Make Fall Decor Work For Halloween & Thanksgiving

How To Make Fall Decor Work For Halloween & Thanksgiving.  I love to add seasonal decor to my home, but I would like for it to ease itself into the next season too.  Taking fall and easing into Halloween and Thanksgiving is really pretty easy.  I know that Halloween is just around the corner and I love my Fall In The Kitchen – Spooky Style.  However, I want my fall to ease into Thanksgiving too.

I’m always in for a new table setting when I entertain. Pumpkins, berries, fruit, and a lantern create a Neutral Glam Fall Table that will last for a while.

The lantern, gourds, berries and fruit and pretty bright fall colors are all it takes to make it feel like “Fall is Here”.

To transition it into Halloween, just add a few black pumpkins to the place settings.  Simple and understated but it works.

Of course, my Dining Room is where I like to create a little more dressed-up table.  A simple assortment of velvet pumpkins and flowers can make a stunning centerpiece that works from Fall to Thanksgiving.  It looks more elegant because I used my gold rimbed glasses.

Here’s another easy and simple centerpiece.  My big fat Turkey and a few rustic pumpkins.  It doesn’t have to be a lot or elaborate.

I’ve had this turkey for years, and I love putting him out in the Fall and for the holidays.  He’s simple and understated so he works anywhere.

Of course I love to switch up the decor in the kitchen too.  Fall in the Kitchen – Spooky Style.

Changing out a few things from Fall to embrace Halloween is easy in the kitchen.  A fun jack-o-lantern and a few things from the Dollar Tree and it looks like a Spooky Fun Kitchen.

I can also take a clue from my Fall decor to switch things out for Thanksgiving.

The island is my favorite place to add a tray to my seasonal decor.  Love my turkey so he becomes center stage this time around.  Mix in some seasonal fruits, berries, and leaves and you have a simple but colorful centerpiece.

Then the range wall usually gets a few things, but I like to keep it simple.

I love my little drunken chef, so he usually hangs around all year.

The other side of the range gets a plant with a few berries for color.

Not too much for now, but right after Thanksgiving, it will begin to sport its Christmas decor.  That’s when I like to go all out.
