Spring is here and the weather is getting better every day. Time to dust off some of my favorite recipes for tons of parties, get-togethers and just fun and family times. I love having a special dessert that will feed a ton of people and everyone loves. An All all-time favorite is Texas Sheet Cake.
I remember my mom making the recipe below almost weekly for one reason or another. This was also super popular when a similar cake was made during the Depression when everything was rationed. This serves a ton of people and is so easy and fast to bake, plus how easy to just bake in a sheet pan and then take it with you.
