Farmhouse Style has been around for a while, but I am beginning to see a lot of people adding a modern element to their farmhouse style. I have a little bit of Transitional style in my home and a bit of Modern or Contemporary style too. So my Farmhouse has always had a touch of Modern. Welcome to Home & Decor Encore! My kitchen is really pretty transitional, by adding a few farmhouse accessories, it takes on a totally different look. The same thing goes for my kitchen eating area.
