I love to create a pretty tablescape for special occasions, so for a Cozy Winter Tour I created an Elegant Evening kind of table.
Plenty of sparkle and glitz for the table with lots of gold.
A pretty floral arrangement in soft colors with pretty gold candlesticks as accents.
I love using my gold flatware and I have accompanied it with some beautiful crystal and gorgeous salad plates that were a fabulous Christmas gift. Each place setting has it’s own tiny butter cloche also.
In the evening when we dim the lights and light the candles, it will be cozy and elegant.
Since the Bar Cart is next to the other side of the window, I thought I would set it up a little better. I got out a lot of the alcohol so we can make just about any kind of drink. (True story, we don’t drink except for a glass of wine, so this is all stuff that has been brought to our home over many years. Some of this stuff is probably over 25 years old and even more aged than it was.)
There’s some of everything. Bourbon, Whiskey, Scotch, Gin, Tequila, Rum, Spiced Rum, Coconut Rum, Amaretto and tons more.
We have the wine on one side and the bar cart on the other.
