Cooking from the garden – Summer Salad & Stuffed BAked Zucchini. I love it when there is something wonderful ready to harvest from the garden. If we aren’t growing it, then there are farm fields all around me and a couple of fabulous farmers’ markets, so there is always something fresh to choose from
We have some of the most wonderful vine-ripened tomatoes and they taste soooooooooo good. Perfect for my all-time favorite summer salad.
Cucumber Salad
This is such an easy chop salad. I’ve already peeled one of the cucumbers and washed the tomatoes.
Next, I just slice up everything in rather thin slices. Arrange in layers and cover with your favorite dressing. I love to use a Zesty Italian Dressing. For the main dish that you will want to make often. How about some Stuffed Baked Zucchini. Welcome to Home & Decor Encore! My friends and I have been blogging for many years, so we have a ton of fabulous content from the past. Home & Decor Encore is where we dig into our archives and bring back some old posts that we can update and make fresh or ones you might have missed or are new to you! Doreen from Hymns and Verses keeps it all put together and us all organized. Be sure to check out Cooking from the garden – Summer Salad & Stuffed Baked Zucchini. I share the step-by-step for Stuffed Baked Zucchini, and then be sure to check out what my friends are sharing this week.HYMNS AND VERSES | SUMMER PORCH DECOR THRU THE YEARS
