Deciding on the tree for Christmas can be daunting. There are Real Live Trees and Artificial Trees, then there are also Traditional Green or White Flocked Trees. Over the years I have had both. I think I am now in the Artificial Tree family and I have both Flocked and Green Varieties. They are both gorgeous and I love them both the same. Over the years my thoughts have changed like most of you have too. This year my mind is trying to figure out Flocked or Green Christmas Tree?
Since we have a two story living room, Jim wanted a larger tree, so we bought a 9ft. artificial green tree. We both loved it and it was perfect in the front window.
This was our Artificial 9ft. green tree for 2018.
It was decorated with lots of silver, gold, and orange balls with pretty copper and plaid ribbon.
2019 Christmas Tree. – the same tree, just a few different decorations.
This year we used some of the same balls, just added birds, feathers, and berries.
2020 Christmas Tree was basically the same.
2021 Christmas Tree White Flocked.
For 2021 I opted for a 71/2ft. flocked tree. I also kept the decor really simple. A simple color scheme of silver and brown.
This is a much smaller tree, but I loved the soft color and the pretty flocking.
Not sure which tree to use this year, but I am getting eager to get started. Frocked or Green Christmas Tree? Which would be your favorite?
I love the look of the flocked trees, I’ve just always been afraid of the mess. Maybe this year I’ll give it a try!
Marty, I didn’t find the recipe for your Easy Thanksgiving dinner in a Crock Pot.
Can you please send it to me. Thanks!
I hope you are feeling better from your hospital stay.
It’s listed under recipes at the top of my blog page.
