Welcome to my 2022 Holiday Home Tour.
Today I am joining a fabulous group of ladies sharing some of our 2022 Christmas Decor throughout our homes. Each day this week some of the most amazing ladies will be sharing different rooms in their homes all decked out for Christmas. I am so excited to share my Dining Room today along with 4 amazingly talented ladies. Our hostess – Evolution of Style has put together a wonderful tour. Be sure to check out the tours each day to see all these beautiful homes.
If you are coming over from Hello Lovely, I am sure you loved every inch of Michele’s beautiful European Inspired home and decor.
If you missed last year, I shared our Bedroom. You can see that post here.
I love joining this tour every year, so many beautiful homes to see and so much inspiration. This year I am sharing my Dining Area. My living room and dining area are one long space, so I like to keep the decor coordinated. My tree this year is going to be done in soft sage green and gold, so I used the same color for my napkins in the dining area.
In the past, I have used my Nativity Scene under a cloche as my centerpiece, but this year I thought I would switch things up a bit. A small forest of trees and some reindeer are the centerpiece this year.
Each place setting is simply set with pretty sage green print napkins, gold-rimmed stems, and gold flatware.
I think this year we will do Christmas in a more simple and easy way. This year a few of our loved ones will be spending the Holidays with in-laws, so we will have a smaller gathering than usual. This is the year to be grateful for all our Blessings and to hold loved ones we’ve lost closer in our hearts. We’ll have an empty chair for Jim and Chuck and be grateful for the years we had with them. I am forever Blessed to have had such a wonderful Husband and Son.
I wish you all the Blessings of the Season and hope you have a very special and Merry Christmas.
Be sure to mark your calendars for the 2022 Christmas Home Tours – Dec 5 thru 9. 26 Stunning Homes will open the doors to share their Christmas Decor.

Marty – it is simply lovely, and I would be so honored to breathe the air in your beautiful dining room with its elegant, quiet color story and gorgeous centerpiece. Thank you for welcoming us into the physical space but also vulnerably taking us into your heart where a mix of gratitude, grief, and love surely mingle. The holidays magnify loss for me so joining each other in the bittersweetness of it all helps me feel less alone. Peace to you right where you are.
Marty! I’m in love with your holiday dining room. First of all I adore a round table and you’ve set it to perfection. The deer, they remind me of my mom, and natural trees with greenery. I love it. Your sage napkins are a perfect compliment and with gold accents … amazing. Such a fun tour! xo
Marty, what a lovely dining room for the holidays. Love sage green with the gold.
Marty your dining room is just perfection. It is not overdone, understated, gorgeous, and welcoming. I had a pair of deer very similar to yours and I left them with our lake house when I sold. I wish I had kept them!
I love all the gold you’re using and your table looks so elegant and inviting. And the mix of trees with the deer are gorgeous. A long time ago my mom had a full set of gold flatware. I was obviously young and dumb back then because I didn’t want it when she tried to gift it to me. Boy do I wish I had made better choices back then. Blessings to you and your family.
So elegant with the sage and gold.
Marty your home is always so warm and welcoming. I love the deer you used on your pretty table, that is so fun! Wishing you peace this Christmas amidst your sadness. We are missing a couple of special people at our table too and I’m doing my best to embrace the holidays and find joy in them. Sending you lots of love!
Marty, What a beautiful home and your tablescape is wonderful. Lovely idea of the deer and the woven runners. Your napkins and rings are pretty too. I can just imagine a cozy dinner in this pretty space!
I hear you about loved ones.. I am missing my mom and grandma and these holidays can be hard. Sending you hugs.
Glad we connected here and doing this with you all.
Kim

Thank you so much. I just linked up, thanks for the invite. Marty
Marty, your dining space is so pretty, I love what you added on your table with all the sparkle of gold and naturals combined. So pretty! You do such a lovely job in your home showing it off to the max for Christmas. I know you will miss your husband and son this year and I hope your Christmas season is blessed.
Marty your home looks beautiful for the holidays! Praying for peace and many wonderful memories to bring you joy and comfort this holiday season, and for a Christmas full of making new memories with family and friends.
Merry Christmas!
Looks absolutely gorgeous, Marty.
Happy blessed Advent season to you.
