Spring Breakfast Table Centerpiece & More. Do you ever have one of those days when one thing leads to another and before long you’ve gone down a rabbit hole you didn’t intend to explore? I love the fabulous storage we have under our stairs. I call it my Dish Room. That is where I store tons of my decor accessories and all those wonderful dishes, candles, napkins, table runners, and tabletop accessories I use whenever I create a tablescape. That turned into the rabbit hole I went down yesterday. I had turned the entire space into a junk pile by not putting things away, so it was time to clean things up and purge.
This is between my kitchen/familyroom and dining/living room. So perfect to store all those amazing things I like to play with.
This is the mess I wanted to clean up. When I switch out pillows and things, I just got lazy and just threw them in on the floor instead of removing the pillow inserts and folding the pillow covers up and putting them away. This hanging rack is perfect to store all my extra pillow covers if I just use it.
An hour after taking all the mess out and purging what needed to go to Goodwill, I had a nice clean space. You couldn’t even see this space before, now you can..
Now I can enjoy the whole room and find anything I want.
Of course that lead me down another road. Swapping out the Breakfast Table Centerpiece. I needed to take the Easter off since that Holiday is over and create something new for every day.
I thought I would keep it simple.
I love these wheat stalks, so simple. I love the one showing all the amazing wheat and then the one that is sheared is perfect too.
Of course when I was purging and putting away all those pillow covers, I had to switch out a few.
The living room sofa pillows got switched out for a new look.
Nice to have the mess cleaned up and nice to have a couple things changed up a bit too.
