Pulling It All Together – Clean, Simple & Fresh Master Bath

Our Master Bath isn’t large, but it is big enough that two of us can get ready and not bump into each other.  However, like all bathrooms, pictures are really hard to take.

Looking in from the bedroom, this is the view you have of the vanity area.

Decorating the Master Bath

I like for the bathroom to have simple decor that doesn’t take up too much counter space, so since I have been adding a little bit of tangerine color to the rest of the house, a simple bouquet in a white ironstone pitcher works great here.

Coordinating bathroom colors to bedroom

The walls are painted a soft camel color and I tried to match the towels as close as possible with the exception of the soft aqua hand towels that tie into the bedroom accent color.  You can see some aqua candles and a  paper rose bouquet on the tub ledge.

We always have fabulous light from this window, perfect to put your makeup on and that soaker tub is wonderful after a long day.

A little luxury when having a nice long bath.  Now I can have a glass of wine, or the family joke is “if it has been a really bad day, I’ll just take the bottle and a straw”.  Now I’ve never really done that, but it sounds good. lol  I have devoured every page of this book by our fellow blogger The Nester.  It is a great read and super source of information and inspiration for your home.

I love having everything cleaned and fluffed.  Now I can enjoy getting ready every morning.
