It is always fun to add a few different decorations to the kitchen for each season. Thanksgiving is a favorite so I brought out my favorite turkey.
The island is my favorite place to add a tray to my seasonal decor. I’ve had this turkey for years, so he became center stage this time.
Then the range wall usually gets a few things.
I love my little drunken chef, so he usually hangs around all year.
The other side of the range gets a plant with a few berries for color.
Not too much for now, but right after Thanksgiving, it will begin to sport its Christmas decor. That’s when I like to go crazy.
That is a great turkey! I wish I used my mixer enough to keep on the counter. I no longer have the KitchenAid but rather a Bosc and it takes as much space so I store it away until needed. Maybe the answer is to bake more often 🙂 I decorate a lot for Halloween and think Thanksgiving needs decorating and it feels calmer which I like between Halloween and Christmas.
