Oregon Trip

Two and a half weeks of fun with my son.  I had such a great time and made so many fabulous memories.  He is a wonderful man and so much fun to be with.

On the way up I took some pictures of the scenery in Northern California.  Love the snow on Mt. Shasta.  Just as I left home the temps soared into the 110’s, so it was so nice to be in cooler weather.

Bend turned the old mill into a fabulous restaurant and shop area.  I had lunch with a friend and totally enjoyed  looking at the Deschutes river and the snowcaps of Three Sisters mountains.

A trip to Sisters, Oregon is always a must.  Cute little town turned into mostly tourist traps and antique stores.  Hasn’t changed much in the 30 years since I lived in Oregon.

There are so many gorgeous lakes and camping places in central oregon, it is always a must to go for a ride and see some of the fabulous scenery.  We decided to go up to Paulina Lake, this is a waterfalls you pass on the way.  Unreal beautiful.  The water split and forms two falls.

This is my son with one of his favorite toys.  He got it out and washed, ready for some fun.  Sad to leave him, but I had such a great time.

Precious memories of time spent – just mom and son.  I love your Chuck.

See you later this afternoon for Inspire Me.  Can’t wait to see all your latest projects.
