Adding To The Bookcase

I loved the M that I found to add to my bookcases when I redid them a couple weeks ago, so of course when I was at Hobby Lobby last week and they still had all of their letters on sale for 50% off, I had to have the Ampersand too.

I think adding letters, plates or anything unusual to the displays gives them so much more character.

This is the right side now with the new Ampersand.

Here is the left side with the M that I previously bought. Both are the same finish, the light just shows off the M better.

Then as I walked down the clearance aisle, here were some of the smaller gold letter price at $1.36. Now even if this is a W, I turned it over and made it an M for that price.

How fun is that?

Don’t you think they add a lot to the displays and give them more character?

The Ampersand was $19.99 with 50% off, that’s a lot of character for around $10.
