Need a quick dessert, something to take to a meeting, or the children’s school. This is the easiest thing ever. How about a dozen asst. cupcakes for $1.38 and in 15 min.
This is all you need, and you can be a genius and have some almost instant cupcakes and in two flavor.
My grocery story has these on sale regularly for 69c a package. These little packages keep for months, so I keep plenty on hand. Each pkg. makes 6 muffins. A little milk, one egg and a tbl of oil, mix just until moist and you are done. Bake 400 for 15 min.
When I am baking two different flavors, I put each flavor in a different color paper cup. That way if I frost them I still know what flavor is what.
Fresh out of the oven. Now if I have time I can frost them or I can just take the pan and a plate and transfer them when I get where I am going. Easy, peasy, and super inexpensive and delicious.
