Let’s Go Antiquing

There are so many great places to shop by my old house, however that is a 30 to 40 mile trip one way, so I don’t get there all that often.  But, this week I took a day off and made the rounds.  Tag along and I’ll show you some fun things.

This place is so fun and they have the most exquisite things.  I just drooled from one piece to the next.  It is called Trouve and it is located on 42nd St. and Camelback in Phoenix.  I heard about this place from my dear friend Laura at Decor to Adore.  She use to live abroad and knows all about French antiques, so when she said this place was super, I wanted to go check it out. I will let the pictures do the talking.  Three buildings and a courtyard.

She sells Ann Sloan Paint and that was another reason I wanted to go, I wanted some black, but they were out.  I did buy a sample pot.  These ladies were just finishing up an Ann Sloan Paint Workshop.  They were all having so much fun.

I totally adored this cow painting, but the $2400.00 price was out of my budget.

Tons of gorgeous things.  I did buy this one treasure.  Loved the Mercury Glass with the stenciled Paris burlap and the metal bands around it.  Such a fun piece.

That was my first stop.  I made two more.  While I was on that side of town, I just made a day of it and visited all my favorite places.  I bought something super at the last place.  I’ll show you what I got and the other two stops later.

So, did you spot anything that you thought was fabulous?
